Hello to all.
I have an Espace auto 2.2 1996 phase 2 and the problem starter won't turn
when hot after a journey.When engine is cold turns and starts.Replaced alternator and charging ok.Engine seems very hot after journey.Temp gauge
reads fine. Any suggestions welcome.Just bought the vehicle and had the gearbox done.:frown:

Check, clean and copper grease ALL connections between battery and starter. Just because it looks good doesn't mean that it is. I had a similar problem but all it took was a clean of the batt terminals and plenty of copper grease.

Other than that your engine seems ok.
