The exhaust and rear wiper are on the wrong side; hints of doctoring, but not proof, I know.
But you can see flubs where the doorline used to be...

Well, I cant explain the glitch on the door there. But as for the wiper, and the exhaust on the wrong side, if you were to look, so is the stearing wheel.  What about the reflection on the door, from the other car.

Both RHD and LHD RSXs have the exhaust and wiper on the right. So if this picture is backwards, that means that is a LHD prototype, and I really think they'd make the RHD version first for the home market. Especially given that it's still a hatchback sedan. How many of those are sold in LHD markets?

Honda has not made any JDM Integra/USDM RSX sedan. The photo is obviously photoshoped as well. I have seen this picture floating on the net for some time now as well.

Have to agree that the pic is a fake (albeit a damned good one), everything I have heard indicates that Honda has ZERO intention of making an RSX sedan, much to my disappointment. If they were to do so, I'd stop, drop everything I am doing on my Integra sedan, and start saving up for my new bad-ass RSX sedan.

uh... Acura decided NOT to make a RSX sedan because Integra four-doors weren't very popular. Fake. Very ugly.
