2003 Tracker exhaust and convertor

I have a 2003 4 door 4wd tracker with the 2.0L 4 cylinder. My convertor has an exhaust leak but it looks like I have 2 convertors. The front one is connected to the exhaust manifold almost runs straight up and down. The second one runs along under the floor and heads towards the rear to the muffler. The front one is leaking. I tried to order a new one but they tell me the replacement ones for that year will not fit. Do I have some different setup or what is this front convertor for? I can find a replacement for the rear most convertor but none for the front convertor. Any help thanks in advance.

If a parts store can't get ask a muffler shop if their supplier has a unit. Otherwise buy one form a dealer or try GM online. I think if you use yahoo search for GM parts you will find a link cheaper than the dealer.
