engine over heating

2000 GT that is over heating. Temp gauge is running hot and there is antifreeze leaking from somewhere by the passenger tire. It does not appear to be coming from the radiator. Any ideas on what to look at and where? Where is the water pump located on the engine?

Thanks
Becca

Re: engine over heating

Boilover coming out the reservoir overflow, leaking water pump or the plastic elbow at the lower intake manifold to tensioner. Check your coolant level first.

Also check the lower radiator hose from the water pump to radiator.

Water pump is passenger side of engine at the front where you see the drive belt below the alternator.
