well when im driving and i turn right it makes like a knock nosie and when i back up and move the steerin wheel right it makes the knock nosie 2 wat could it be

CV joints make a clicking or popping noise, not so much a knocking noise.

you can drive till they break then you drive no-where no-more if it breaks on the road a towtruck will be your taxi.

If the Cv is okay, then it is your front wheel bearing. If you had new bearings pressed in as I did, they were dry or not pressed in properly. Usually a CV can be tested at any speed in a parking lot by making a very sharp right or left turn. Don't rule out your front bearings, I'ts odd if it does it in both turns.
