Tamiya TA-04 Type Rstreetracer780 08-25-2002, 05:03 PM Hey I have a TA-04 Type R chassie and I'm having a terriable traction problem. The car gets really lose in the turns. I've tries better tires and different suspension set-ups but I still spin it around turns. Can someone help? BTW here is what's on my car. 14 double turn engine Narrow racing tires Carbon Fiber parts Carbon Fiber pront Altezza body Futaba Radio 1700 Battey outlaw 10-06-2002, 01:26 PM Invest in a set of foam tires. try 26mm all the way around. Asmenoth 10-17-2002, 06:30 AM Is there a front one way diff on it? If there is, that could be doing it. Though great for long, fast tracks, on tight and technical tracks...where brakes are used, the car can very easily loose control and spin. It's used to enter turns with as much speed as possible, if brakes have to be used, they are to be used lightly. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
