350 turbo problems

I have a 48 Olds coupe with a 383 stroker and 350 turbo trans.I was told it has a 3000 stall converter.I don't think the stall has really worked quite right since I have had the car.The car would go sideways when you let off the brake and stood on the gas. That was until a couple days ago.Now when you put it in gear it won't go forward or it won't go in reverse, but when you put it back into park it grinds like the tranny is spinning inside. If anybody has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.Otherwise I am going to see about getting a 200 or 700R4.Thanx!

Trans is coming out , bad pump/convertor or internal.
