what's going on? error codes 301,303, cylinders 1 and 3 misfiring, error code 401 egr valve flow insufficient. a couple of months back honda performed emission repairs on this car as part of a recall and now this. the egr valve was replaced and a complete tune up was done as well. any insight would be appreciated so that i can decide what to do about it. thanks for your time and knowledge.

Start by cleaning your EGR and making sure all vacuum lines are connected to the EGR solenoid. It probably just has alot of carbon build up, once cleaned htat should eliminate that problem.

The misfiring, I would wait until after the EGR is cleaned, if you still get it, I'd swap the plugs. Any idea what plugs were used in your last tuneup (or if they were even replaced?) and how many thousand miles you have driven since. It's possible you just need new plugs/wires, could also be a bad coil. Actually the fact that it is 2 cylinders...you may want to test the coil before replacing the wires.
