I'm gonna have an CAI shipped by the end of the month, hopefully. I took a look at the air filter box and saw that it was connected to the throttle body. I am sure you remove that box to connect the CAI. So here's my question, what the hell do you do with the throttle body? Does it connect to the pipe? Or do you mount it some other way? I seen the pic and I'll be recieving a lot of mounting bolts. I'm sure this is easy, but I don't want to screw it up since this is my first upgrade and I've never done this before.

I believe you got the AEM intake, correct? If so, it will come with a coupler that fits over the TB with a clamp and then the intake goes into the other side, also held in with a clamp. You will remove the airbox and tube completely.

It's pretty easy to install, so you should be fine.
