Great car; hard, uncomfortable seats

Hi there,

I am new here, and really hope you can give me with some good advice. About a month ago, I bought a 2002 Subaru Impreza 2.5 TS wagon. I like it for its AWD feature and its great acceleration, but found that its seats are a big drawback. They are very hard with practically no lumbar support, and after driving an hour or more, I get a backache that lasts for days. I bought an inflatable lumbar support cushion, which helps somewhat, but not enough. I have ordered some more cushions over the internet.

While car shopping, we tried out the Toyota RAV4. I found the seats very comfortable and supportive, and now really regret choosing the Impreza over the RAV4. If the cushions I ordered don't provide relief, would it be advisable to trade the Impreza in for a RAV4, since it hasn't been used much and is in great condition, or would it be better/ possible to install comfortable seats from a different car (ex. from a RAV4)? The Impreza came from a new car dealership, so we would likely lose money on it if we re-sell it.
