While on the road my 89 Dodge Spirit (2.5L EFI) will just die. Sometimes it restarts and sometimes it doesn't. I had it towed to a mechanic and when he got in it started right up. He couldn't find any fault. Occasionally, turning the ignition off and on repeatedly fixes it. Other times if it sits over night its fine and will start on first turn of the key. Any ideas?
