I have a 1994 Regal GS 145,00 Miles 3.8 and over the weekend the brake light came on? I believe that it is for the emergency bake. I tried setting the parking brake, releasing it etc just to see if that had something to do with it. I know in the years past when I applied my emergency brake this light came on. Any ideas on how to fix this? Any help would be appreciated.

I believe the BRAKE light also indicates a malfunction with the conventional braking system in additional to the emergency brake indicator. Check your owner's manual to be sure. Low brake fluid, flaky level sensor or hydraulic system failure can cause it.
