Question 92 F-150 Power Window Problem

My passenger side power window recently started to mess up. It goes down fine but it jumps and skips on its way but up and I have to help it along. Would this problem be the gear on the regulator or the gear on the motor?

Motor may be getting weak, or you could remove the door panel and lubricate the track mechanism to give it some life.
