'66 C10 engine swap....step in plz.

im pulling the 250 lb6 out of my c10. id like to put a 292 lb6 back into it. my question is...will the tranny bolt right up to the 292? i would think that the 250 and 292 share the same block...just the 292 has a larger bore. am i right? and also as a last thought...are the fly wheels the same size also? thanx to any that respond!
