88 Chevy 1500 Truck

We have an 88 Chevy 1500 4 x 4 which we have restored. We have a squeak in the front end whenever you turn the steering wheel hard to the left or right. We've had the front end lubed but we still get this squeak. It was just inspected and they found nothing. Any suggestions?

Found the squeek. Idler arm needed a bit of grease. I knew it had to be something simple.
