Wheel base question?
99 Chevy S-10 Blazer 2dr 4x4.
Is the wheelbase different from the front to back. I notice my 2 front tires stick out a little more than the back.
The front driverside sticks out more than the passengerside. Could that cause any problems?

That width is called "track" and yes, it is different front and rear. Front track is always wider than rear for stability going into turns.

If the body panels are aligned correctly, (fenders, hood, etc) and the wheel alignment is within specs, the tires should stick out the same amount on each side.

Nope, they are offset slightly on a 4x4.
This was referenced by the dealer and the alignment shop.

If the vehicle is setting straight and square , the side to side should be equal. I do not like the difference in tracking from front to rear and would like to increase rear width. It would take about .75" per side if I remember correctly.

Again, no, there is a slight difference in the front end, the passenger side sticks out slightly more than the driver's side.

I don't know, ask the GM engineers why they did it, it is completely normal.

The difference is under an inch.
These are the same wheel and tire and backspacing.
Again, this has been referenced by GM and the local alignment shop, they both say it is normal on all 4x4 s-series. You just don't notice it when you have the stock rim and tire on.

You are mistaken, the parts are all equal side to side. The difference is the vehicle is tipped towards the drivers side.
OR
What did the GM engineers do?

Both of my blazers were normal and they were both like yours, in fact most cars, trucks and especially suv are like that and can be corrected by tipping vehicle slightly towards the passenger side. The more miles on the vehicle the worse it gets. My first one got corrected in rear and front, my second one must've had a big fat salesman driving it and is corrected by cheating by tightening the torsion bar in front only. It is easy to verify what I am saying by parking on a slope sloping down towards the pass side or by putting 2 people in pass side and then parking real nice and straight and level. The "problem" will dissapear and the tires will not lok like they are sticking out more on the drivers side.

Oh for cripes sakes, stop arguing bullshit and telling me my truck is leaning causing this.
The truck tire sticks out more on the passenger side than it does on the driver's side so stop
The fawkin dealer has referenced this to be completely normal and the difference does exist so stop trying to blow smoke up my ass saying that it doesn't occur.
It isn't lean, it isn't an anomoly, it is fact.

I have posted my explanation, How about posting yours ?
longer a-arm, hub,offset frame,body not on center, ect.
We can agree that it is not the wheel offset. Sorry to break it to you, but your truck is leaning just like everyone elses. I can see it in the pics, nice job getting the wheels straight anyways.
Here's another way to tell, simply park on flat surface and measure the tops of the wheel well openings to ground spec. Yours looks like about an inch.

My truck is not leaning bud, the tires are square with the side of the truck. If my body was leaning it wouldn't be perfectly flush.
Every alignment shop, and dealer I have brought it up to said it is normal for them to have a tire slightly out farther on the passenger side.
And the last time I checked, the front differential is not in in the direect center but actually almost under the front driver's seat.
The front driveline is not perfectly centered and equal on either side.
