Start with the old gas cap.
But to get a better idea you need a engine capable scanner to test and read it out or get a more direct code on what it is.
441 is just a OBD11 cover everything code.

on a 95 it is a engine manf code.
Try this link and it will also give you some practice with the tech 2
There should be a vent solenoid test in it some place.

Re: evap purge fault
P0441 - Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow. i am still getting this code also. reset the computer countless times but when the computer fully resets after 15 miles, light comes back on and 441 is still there. didn't have issues until i topped off the gas tank by accident one day.

Depends a lot on what system you have.
But anything that pulls gas tank fumes and engine fumes/vapores
Gas cap /Fuel tank and from fuel tank to engine/engine running tempt/EGR /PCV valve and engine to VCM controls..
http://members.troublecodes.net/crun...le%20Print.pdf
For some of it.
If you have a under hood vacum routing sticker it shows what you have.
Also a All Data DIY sub has a lot of info on it.
