I like the look of the Sierra more then the Silverado. Just don't like the look of the grill on the Silverado for some reason.

Re: pics of the 2007 sierra and silverado

Well they certainly screwed up the Look this time. Why the hell did they put those stupid bumperettes on each side of the bumper. They look like Nerf bumpers for morons who don't know how to park. What was wrong with the wrap around Chrome? Unfortunately, if I was to upgrade i would have to say that I'd switch to the GMC. It just looks better....
Wonder how the sales will go?

u better read a little closer the superado is available with a 4.3 litre 195 horse

even tho i have no idea why they would put a 6 cyl in a full size truck

my 1995 sierra had the v6 and never again will i buy a 6cyl

i get the same mileage with my 02 with the 8 cyl and i get almost twice the horsepower

I was reading the thread info guesed wrong one reason why I own a 6cyl because it was simply cheaper (3 to 5k) with the same miles 71k It seems here in California the cars and trucks are a bit more expensive overall plus my insurance is a little cheaper and I have money for mods people buy 6cyl trucks for the same reason they buy a 6cyl dodge magnum or a 6cyl Cadillac Cts or a 6cyl Chrysler 300 all have the option of a 8cyl but your going pay for it

The GMC looks too much like a Ford.

The Chevy looks too much like a Titan.

Stop copying all these trucks that I didn't buy, and design a Chevy.

Re: pics of the 2007 sierra and silverado

Looks like an old S-10... 1 step forward, 2 steps back... disappointing.

That is a really disappointing....I think they destroyed the look of them. I also don't like how there have been no talks of bringing back the SFA on the 2500 class pickups.

Re: pics of the 2007 sierra and silverado

honestly i like it better than the last batch of new pics i saw.the body is better proportioned, if not a bit plain.the last pics i saw showed a truck with a huge cab, very short bed, and a blunt hood.the rear fenders looked like the new dakota.but this isnt bad to me.what i really want is the new tahoe nose with my trucks body from there back.i dont like the chrome on the chevys bumper either tho.i would like to see the whole nose painted to match the body, again, like the tahoe

Re: pics of the 2007 sierra and silverado

I like the front of the Chevy but I'm not to crazy about the back. The GMC looks pretty good. I don't think it's right that the Sierra gets the 400 hp 6.2 unless the Silverado SS gets that motor but it'll need more than 400 to compete with the SRT-10
