paint removal

Any ideas what I can use to remove paint from inside the fenders and on mud flaps. I went over wet paint when they were striping the road (yes I know, dumb) It does peel off but just wondered if there was a quicker fix that I could apply to remove it. Any input is greatly appreciated.
