I have a 1998 Honda Civic Ex 4 door. I'm looking to upgrade with some new rims. currently, its still stock, but i'm looking at 17's. I'm wondering if anyone knows the maximum size rim and or rim/wheel outerdiameter combination i can go without altering the suspension. also, what width rim will fit nicely in the wheel well without rub.

thanks a bunch.

maximum wheel size 17x7.5 with an offset of 45mm, although I would recommend a 17x7 40mm offset ... tire size 205/40-17 with either wheel dimension
