Horn relay on '03 cavalier

I've tried searching all over and have heard 2 answers for this question. I'm trying to find the horn relay on my wife's '03 cavalier. One answer said under the driver side dash and the other side under the passenger dash. Does anyone know which one it is? And further, where more specifically it is?

Thanks!

Re: Horn relay on '03 cavalier

should be under the hood by the airfilter, and it should be labeled on top of the cover. only fuses inside the car.

No, it's not there. There are a few relays in there, but not the horn relay.

Re: Horn relay on '03 cavalier

well i know where its located on a '94 lol i dont think that will help though with a '03. this is the info for the '94 maybe close to the same maybe not.

The Horn is located on the right front radiator core support panel, The
fuse
that powers the horn circuit is the one marked "CTSY" 15amp.
The wire colors on the Horn plug are
1. Dark Green
2. Black

Then under the dash on the left hand side above the emergency brake pedal
you will see the round metal can plugged in that's the turn signal flasher
then next to it you will see a relay plugged in it will be square white
(sometimes yellow) box that's the horn relay, if you pull that out and
test
the three terminals where it plugs in with a test light and report back I
will guide you to the problem.

Thanks for the info, maybe it's the same for the '03, I'll take a look and report back.
