Did anybody else notice how GM seems to be really overhyping the new Camaro? I have a bad feeling about this...

I don't know EXACTLY what your looking for but to my understanding, an RB28 is just a stroked RB26. http://www.osgiken.co.uk they sell the 2.8 stoker kits if I remember correctly. Hope it helps.

for the RB 30 thats like a ls/vtec motor hybrid

nissan had the RB30ET (i believe it was only in aus. but dont quote me on that) and u can mount the RB20/25/26 head on it making it an RB30DET or TT if u want.....if i remember correctly the best fitting head would be the RB25/26 i was looking into this swap a looooooooonnnngg time ago, but the avalibility of the RB30 block is very low, ull be lucky to find one and get an RB30 here in the states, i have another friend who was looking at the same thing but said fuck it after about a year of looking for the block!!!

i had some links for the proccess though, i will dig around and see if i can find them!!!

Re: rb28

An OS 3.0 will run you around 12 + US, shipping and you will still need to find and build a head and you'll need turbos. I just priced it out last night.

A rb28 Is a Rb block standard or N1 with a 2.8 HKS stroker kit usualy.

Just about all the comanys make a stroker kit Greddy, JUN, 2.7, HKS, Tomei 2.8, Apex 2.9 but discontuned and OS 3.0. Or you can got

Now there was a limited edition block made by Nismo called a GT block only 1000 were made and sold and only 2 made it to the US.

The GT block is no more. The ones that did make it, were over $2,000 just for the bare block.

Re: rb28

If you have an RB25, you can now get a RB28 stroker kit for it from Tomei, dont need to switch to the RB26 first.
