Just bought a 99 Grand Voyager SE (3.3L) and the driver's side headlight is pointing too high. There's a hex "post" that seems to be the adjustment screw, but there is no way to really get a hold of it to turn it. Is there a nob or something that should be on the top of the post that would enable the turning of the screw?
