neons

i just got a couple 10 inch neons that i wanna put in under the dash (by the drivers and passengers feet) I'm trying to figure out the best way to do this as far as the wiring goes. I want to hard wire them so i don't have to mess with the ugly plugs. What's the best way to get this done?
