Check the output of the ignition switch. You will need a wiring diagram, meter, and possibly a test light. Doesn't cost to test. Testing individual parts as opposed to blindly replacing them is the most economical way to go. Did you test the inputs and outputs of the relay? New parts doesn't always mean good parts. If the switch tests good and the relay is good then test the starter solenoid. The next step would be to then test the starter.
