95 Grand Prix GTP 3.4L-Intake Job

Hi everybody, I've just registered but I've been looking at these forums for the past couple days now and have been getting some great info. I'm currently in the middle of an Intake Gasket fix and have come across a small problem. I'm following a Haynes manual and an old internet print out to help me along the way, and I've almost finished the upper gasket.

So far I have

Completely removed the plenum
Changed all spark plugs and wires

And now I'm about to put in my new gasket, but I don't have any instructions for how to do the LOWER gasket at all. None. They totally left them out of the book. So I was wondering what steps are involved, or if there is a post that already has some instructions or tips.

Also, I've heard conflicting reports on what gasket to use, I just ran up to my local Advanced Auto and snagged their replacement, which is a Fel-Pro pack that contains 4 Gaskets total. The only one that I've come across that matches a counterpart in the car is the one that fits directly under the plenum. It appears to be the exact same thing I just took out, minus the cracks and what not.

And finally, the entire reason I did this fix was due to the erradic idle problem in most 3.4 Liters. I also have a digital camera to take pictures if anything of that nature will be needed. Thanks for any help in advance!

P.S-I'm headed off to work and won't be back to reply until about 10:00PM Eastern.
