1.8t hessitation

1.8T 99 passat. It seems like my car is hazitating at start up. I have manual transmition, so it not that bad, i just get more rmp. Any ideas what possible problems with that. At high speeds 80-100mi it's o.k.

I have the same problem with my car!! Any advice on what to do with this car?
