This morning changed the gear lube in both of the differentials, but now when i engage the 4wd the light in the dash board will not go on. Any ideas.
I have a 1997, 5 speed, with 90K miles on it.

You may want to check the wiring connection under the front differential. Could have been loosened while the work was going on. The pigtail is located under the splash shield.
