Lightbulb nsx vtec solenoid

i was thinking, could i put a nsx vtec solenoid on a vti 1.5l civic engine?

Seeing as it's just a solenoid I doubt it will make a difference, they are most likely the same. And, if they are different it's for a reason that I don't think you should toy with (ie: blown motor).
