Post Plasma BOOSTER

Has anybody here heard of a little device called the Plasma Booster or Plasma Direct? I think it sounds like a scam... here's the site, check it out and let me know what you think.

That product is more for a high preformance, all tuned and upgraded engine.

It is not an ideal ugrade for a bolt-on upgraded motor and will only make a slight difference if any.
