Since the blower is operating, the problem is likely with the dampers in the air system. These are operated by vacuum servoes. The vacuum source for this is on the LH side of the intake, and it connects to a hose on the RH side of the engine compartment where it enters the passenger compartment. There is a section of hard nylon tubing in this line routed in front of the throttle body that commonly fails. There is also a vacuum reservoir (sphere) that retains vacuum for the HVAC controls under loads and low engine vacuum. A failure of this plastic ball, the lines to it, and any of the rest of the hose in the system can cause your symptoms.
