OK here's the issue: When on a ramp and I get on the gas, the car starts to straighten out while cornering. Recently started doing this, and I can hear things moving around. Motor mounts are good, cv shafts, bearings, tie rod ends, ball joints, brakes, tires are all good as well as the struts. It's definately a front end issue, anyone have any ideas? It's a 95 gt quad. Thanks.

I wish it was something that simple. Pulled one of the axle shafts out today, oil that came out with it was silver..... Metal in the transmission . Guess I need to start searching for a new trans. Anyone out there ever rebuild a fwd trans? I've done rwd before, how hard is the differential?

its different, need some different tools also.
I dont hav them, but I hav a 4t45e toredown now trying to get performance clutchs.
Yours is a manual isnt it?
It should be easy if you hav done a rwd manual before.
Autos either way can be intimidating sometimes,
especially if you for get what goes where
I got lucky with it today, found a used trans for $100. Called the local trans shop to price changing the pinion and ring gears, they tried to sell me a used trans for $950, would not give me a price to change the gears. Guess I'm changing the trans, then going to tear down the old one to see exactly what happened.
