2000 Neon problems

This car has also a couple more problems than the power locks. I looked at the non-working A/C yesterday and found that the common lock-up compressor was not locking up (surprise) and can't get the compressor clutch to engage. All fuses are good, relay is good and jumped low pressure switch on expansion valve on firewall and still no go. The connection on the compressor is hard to get to and remove. I'm assuming I have no voltage going to the clutch coil and could have a broken wire somewhere. Any expereinces on this would be grateful.

She states(car owner) that one time she removed ignition key and car kept running. I believe a problem exists with the lock cylinder. Had this problem on my Buick and had to disconnect the battery cable to kill engine. She hasn't done anything about it, and it hasn't occured again, but just any thoughts on this one also.

Little cheap cars sure seem troublesome don't they. Thanks
