DBENGLISH 06-14-2006, 06:00 AM I have replaced the battery, the alternator checks out fine with a meter. Don't know what to look at next. CoCacher 11-18-2007, 09:17 PM This happened to me and when I googled 1994 Ford Ranger dashboard battery light the answer I received was that the alternator was dead.
