sonya71 AF Newbie Join Date: Oct 2005 Location: San Diego, California Posts: 3	92 probe gl auto. making noise?! well, my can is making a loud "whinning" noise in first & 2nd gear. It goes in to gear just fine, minus the noise and the car runs fine. A few friends said it's the tranny, and to go buy another one. I've also been told it may be my torque converter. I just don't know....
