Storing

Ahhhh. good to be back at auto forums

Im going off to college in August...

They dont allow freshman to have cars. That really only means that they wont provide parking, but the streets arn't always so open in St. Paul. Im considering whether or not i want to bring my car, but i am wondering about a couple of things.

1) If i were to store my car over each semester ( few months in storage for first semester, 5 weeks out for winter break, few more months in storage for second semester) what would be involved... I assume a lot of draining of fluids, but anything else? Any recomendations on where to look if i need to rent a place to keep it?

2)My college has a rep. of ummm... keeping some students glued to books in their dorms for days on end... . I know its good to drive your car every day, just to keep everything running smoothly and burn off build up, if i would only be driving around every couple/few days is there anything that i should do differently to avoid any problems?
