well here is sound facts on your astro one your going to go for the dog house and if there is glovebox on either dide there is a single phillips head screw undothose then on the the bottom end of the glove box there will be two 10 mm nuts udo those then the glove box will pull off then you "might" have a black blower vent all you have todo is pull it outof there then its a horse a piece there is twobolts now they are 1 of two types 1 you go under the dash on the drivers side inside and take a flash lite its easier to see all it takes is a flat head screw driver and undo it now do the same for the passenger side and you will need to pull on the dog house it going to be a little snug ok that will get you into the motor compartment or steo 2 if you cant find the bolts under by the dog house go under the hood 9/16 socket with a nice extension and again they are on passenger and drvers side inside the compartment undo those and go back inside and pull the dog house off now with my experience with the great astro /safari vans its gets easier if your going for the front plug to pull off the tire and go through the wheel well pull the splash guard up or off and you will see your front 2 plugs and that the best way to get at them by the way check your cap and rotor when you have the dog house off it might be time to get a new one
