Turboed b16 needs map of VAFC

Hey guys. I just installed a Garrett T3 turbo into my 91 Integra with a B16 engine in it. I have a front mount intercooler, 440 injectors, a fuel pressure regulator, and also a VAFC. I need to know what people with similar setups have done with the VAFC to get it tuned right. What I need is a simple map of how you set up your vafc to get the best performance out of your Integra B16. I got the integra dynoed without the VAFC and the max power at 8 pounds was only 160 HP and I know there is no way it should be that low. I was wondering if anyone else cam up with this problem and the VAFC solved it. I would like to get ideas on a mapping scheme for the VAFC because the book they give you with it does not help. So if someone could please help me that would be great
