Passat Hitch....Advice?

I'm planning a cross country trip from Boston to Seattle. We have 2 cars (Passat, V6, 2006 and a 2002 Saturn). I'd like to hitch one car to the other (preferably the Saturn to the VW because it's the automatic and long car trips aren't so great with a stick-shift) so that my husband and I don't have to drive 3000 miles in tandem.

Any ideas about where to get an appropriate hitch/price range/etc?

Thank you!

if you dont have a v6 or w8 dont even thing of towing. The 1.8t will DIE towing anything.

Even with the V6 I doubt the GVWR is enough to tow another car. Maybe I'm wrong....

VW is designed for autobaum (or whatever it spells). I wouldn't tow anything. German engineering is designed for specific duty, I think.
