passat 99 windows problems

HI
I have a 1999 passat and the back windows when down and now none of the windows will work and cannot get them up. I can hear a clicking noise in the doors when i try to open or close the windows. Fuse seem to be OK.
In hope,s someone can help me

check the wires under the driver side front carpet for corrosion. also the comfort module is a common issue. You have to remove the seat and sill pannel to get the carpet up to see the wires

thank you very much. I located the box and all the connections needed to be fixed The windows work great.
