Which would you rather drive, a GTI or a a Jetta twin turbo VR6... and yes, they make them in Germany.

A Golf Mk.1/Mk II GTI anyday. but if it was any other GTI then gimme the Jetta. Are you sure the VR6 is twin turbo, not aftermarket or anything? i neva heard of them and UK normally gets cars like that.

No, you can't get a twin-turbo Jetta VR6 in Europe/Germany.

Yet again, you are correct... you can not buy them from VW in Germany/Europe... but they do have their own VR6 TT racing machine which they built as a VW team. And although their is TT aftermarketing, they even sell the badges for the TT...


Audi and VW have theorectically the same of everything... including interchangable aftermarket parts... and the Audi TT's are where VW got their TTs for this particular vehicle...
