my 92 civic dx has some wiper issues...the worst is that the fast setting moves about as fast as the slower setting...is this a motor problem or could there be a short somewhere draining the power? anyone experience this before? thx

I have not had this issue, but it could be a bad resistor or connection. It's tough to say what it is.
