99/01 Cavalier Possible Passlock Problem?

Hi, ive been browsing around common Cavalier and Passlock problems and haven't seemed to be able to find my situation anywhere, and thought that this community may be of some help.
I currently own a 1999 Chevy Cavalier with a 2001 replacement engine. Up until now its been running just fine, but recently my Theft System light illuminated. Unlike most other Theft System issues ive seen, i have had no problems with stalling or not starting. The car physically runs just fine, However, i have an illuminated Theft System Light, as well as illuminated Oil, Temp, Coolant and Battery warning lights; my RPMs no longer display, the temperature guage no longer funtions,my current gear is not illuminated, and my traction control system no longer works.

Any ideas? initially i thought this to just be a faulty passlock system, but ive had no fuel problems so im not sure if going through the trouble of attempting to disable the passlock system would even help.

Any help ior ideas on this one would be awesome... Thanks in advance

Sounds more like an electrical problem or computer issue. Start by verifying the system voltage/ looking for shorts/ pulling computer codes. If all that comes up clean, open the hood and set a 5 lb sledge hammer on top of the intake. Maybe the hammer will scare the car into working correctly.
