how often do you change your fuel injector o rings?

so one day i was driving and i detected the faint aroma of gas coming from my engine. i get out and pop the hood and much to my shagrin number 3 and 4 fuel injectors are leaking. i just popped them off the check the o rings they were all huge and stretched as if the gas had killed the elasticity. how often have you all had to change ur o-rings?

How often - never!

'Huge and stretched' sounds like swelling due to fuel additives that attack rubber. Have you been using those types of additives?
