How to move a vw bug after 2 years of standing?

Hello i have found a 1303 vw bug. That hasnt been started or anything for 2 years i baught the car very cheap but need to get it home(3 miles away). I realise seized brakes will be a problem. Could anybody please help me by telling me how to free them and how to move? start.

i used a trailor to get my bus home. my bus also had locked up brakes, those are easy, pull off the tire, and the drum, take off the brake shoes and you should be good for a wile.
