I have 1992 civic si HB, and when I have my headlights on low beam my left light doesn't turn on, but the high beams and the courtesy lights both work, by the way I tried changing the bulb, but that didn't help the problem ? Does any one know how to fix this ?

you can get things that test connections with a little light bulb on em. to be honest though i have no idea what they are called but they should be quite easy to get.

first just try wiggling the connections around a bit, and check the fuse.

i think that thing he is talking about is a test light. when it senses power the bulb lights up. but anyways, i think your fuse is blown. im pretty sure that there is a fuse for each headlight, low beam and high beam seperately. try checking that. good luck

But the problem is when my low beams are on, only one of the low beams are working not both, if I'm not mistaken I fdon't think their are separate fuses for each headlight..

i dont know civics too well, but if you're sure its not a fuse, then the problem has to be somewhere between the light and the fuse. as i say, check the wiring again. And there is also a very small possibilty that the replacement bulb is faulty, i have heard of that happening before.

id agree, try moving the good bulb over to the bad side, if it goes out then you have a wiring problem, which is prolly gonna be a loose wiring grounding out along its path, have fun.

Mannn, I got the same problem on my 2000 Civic. Let me know when you find out what is wrong with your headlights. Like you, both of my highbeams are working, but only one of the lowbeams are working. it is not the bulb because I did swap the bulbs back and fourth and it's always on the drivers side that does'nt have the lowbeam working. I called a local car shop and asked them, and they told me that there is a fuse for each headlight and that it's most liekly the fuse. What should I do? I don't want to take it to a store and pay for labor charges if this problem is really simple to fix. they said the fuse cost $2 at Kragen, but I dun even know which one to buy. Any help will be good. thanks guys.

Oh yeah, where the heck is the fuse for 6gen headlights located anyways?
