Intrepid es 3.2
Can you replace the 3.2 w a 3.5 from a 300m??

I was wondering if it's possible to drop a 3.5 from a 300m in an Intrepid w/ a 3.2???

Nope, it isn't possible. I just had a rod go out in my Intrepid and asked if the 3.3 (To my knowledge there isn't a 3.2, but I amy be wrong) would go in, or vice/versa, and the answer I got is "No."

I drive have an Eagle Vision TSi which is the same thing and it has a 3.5L V6 in it. The 300M Engine is the same size. So yes you can put it in. You may have to change some stuff, but I doubt it. The 3.5L 300M engine will fit.

Well I know the 98 and up ES come with the 3.2 but I have no idea if a 3.5 will fit. I have a 2001 Honda Prelude Show/Race car. But I just bought a 98 Dodge Intrepid (not ES) to hook up use as a daily driver. I found a nice body kit ill post the pic on here. Does anyone else have a body kit or anything on theirs??????????????????????????????????????

OMG I wish people who didn't know anything wouldn't post stuff like "nope it won't fit, there isn't such a thing as a 3.2 only a 3.3".......there are 2 generations of Intrepids, the newer ones ditched the old motors and were available with either a 2.7, 3.2 or 3.5/3.5HO.

YES a 3.2 can be EASILY swapped with a 3.5 (the engine that CAME in my Intrepid), not sure if you need to change anything else but the engines are basically identical except for the displacement)
