No prob. EEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!! is right. Dirt bikes take some punishment if you did that to a GP it would be broke in about 5 secs!! GM has got to learn. your GTP's are probably thin also, I was surprised how wore out they were in mine.

hey bob rich and troy, if i wanted to get service manuels for the 4t65e which would you guys suggest? just asking lately i feel a little mechanical these days haha. thanks. joey.

Nothing wrong with that.

I got mine off of EBay Motors. It is the one from Automatic Transmission Service Group (ATSG). General Motors Techtran Manual for 4T65E. I was considering taking one of ATSG seminars if they ever make it to my neck of the woods.

You're welcome. Also for electrical and wiring on the 4T65E to include Tech II diagnostics the respective GM Grand Prix Service Manual comes in handy. Got those off of EBay too. Scanned the ATSG cover in for you to get the right one.
