2003 Passat 1.9TDI oil leak

I am having a problem with a persistant oil leak on my 2003 Passat 1.9TDI. The first thing I noticed was oil all over the engine bottom cover that was nicely dripping over my new driveway . When I took my car in for repair they replaced the seals in the pipes that go to the intercooler. This seemed to cure the problem for about 6-8 weeks. Last weekend I had the oil problem back . This time I took the car to a VW dealer who diagnosed the same problem. I explained these had already been replaced and why was there so much oil coming out in the first place. My concern here is the turbo might be leaking oil which is building up and then exiting round the seals. The dealer said they could not verify this without dismantling the car. Does anybody have any idea if my turbo concerns are founded or am i just unlucky with my oil seals.

The easiest thing you can do is to check what kind of oil was used, if it was the dealer. Also, synthetic (the one should be used) has much smalelr molecules than petrol based--the seal must be very tight.
