Question Daytime running lights

I know I saw a post on here a lil bit ago and cant find it. It was about how to turn off the daytime lights and someone said it made a clicking noise under the dash when the fuse was removed. Anyway. I also have that same problem. I removed the fuse and the car started clicking and then the headlights were blinking really fast from bright to dim. and it makes a clcking noise. Is there a way to fix it or am I just S.O.L? thanks

Re: Daytime running lights

Try the procedure below:

http://macgp.clubgp.com/howto/appearance/drl/drl.htm

Instead of pulling the fuse this mod is done at the DRL module.

Re: Daytime running lights

do you have a 2000 GP? cause i think there was some kind of issue with the 2000 or 99 GP's with making a clicking noise if the fuse is removed i think...

That's how I did mine, no problems at all...

Re: Daytime running lights

yeah that's what i did, no probs...pulling the fuse disables the DRL's AND auto headlights...there is a procedure to get rid of the clicking...try asking on clubgp.com...

Re: Daytime running lights

I'm getting this clicking on my 03 GP GT when I pull the fuse. I tried pulling the connector too but it still clicks.

Sorry but please check the date and do not resurrect old threads. Just start a new post addressing your issue/problem. Thread closed.
